if you use “Windows XP” the new RAGE 128 Drivers http://www.ati.com/support/products/pc/rage128/winxp/rage128winxpdrivers.html?type=xp&prodType=graphic&prod=productsXPdriver&submit.x=15&submit.y=8 (Recommended Driver - 6.13.3279 Posted October 22, 2001) will fix your problems.
