OK i had a bit of slow-mo on my PC even running with 9800 pro, but not enough to bother me.

I used TV out (SV-Video) on my PC>TV, thought i'd play PES3 on the big screen. When i played on my TV the slow mo was gone....quite the opposite! The game speed had speeded up completely, allowing faster gameplay. It was fun, but i decided i didnt want this as i wouldnt be used to it, once i got back on the PC. So is there a way to slow the game down or is there a logical reason why the game was faster on my TV?

I think it could be that i usually run max rez on the pc, but i had to take down the rez to 1024x768 to fit it on the TV. So it may run much faster on a lower rez....

any ideas?

Thanks

Arni

Actually, I had the same problem.
To slow down (2-3fps) I just ran on the backgrounds a couple powerful progs, including Fraps.
The best way to find utility, which enables to change fps on your choice.
As I know there is only one such utility – Frame limiter, but it didn’t effect my gameplay anymore :(

Turning v-sync on (or it could be off?) or running in a window will fix the speed up problem.

v-synch on and refresh rate to 60Hz
