how do you get one of your player's back if he states that he has no intention of returning? This is really a kick in the teeth after how much I payed to get him, he is after all a 19 year old Batistuta regen... :f***:

can be very hard, best idea is probably just to leave them be. (pretty muc the only idea lol) if they dont come back or come back terribly unhappy then theres nothing much you can do but sell them. Annoying yet fortunatly rare situation.

How do you tell who is a regen of whom?

very hard to do, you just have to look at all the stats, the country etc, and then think who it could be. For example if you find a fantastic looking keeper whos 17 in 2007 lets say and is German, it could well be a regen of Kahn

Oh o.k cheers. I thought that maybe there was some exact way or something after hearing people say that they have a regen of say, Batistuta for example. I'll start looking at young frenchmen then with zidane about to retire. ;)

i think thrres a way to search and track them using a saved game editor, but i really cant remember how to do it.

so do the same regenerated players appear each time you play the game, or are all the names, nationalities etc constructed randomly?
So if a really good 18 year old exists in 2013 one time, will he be there again in future games when i get to 2013?

um.. about regens... when retiring players are regenerated, they come back same nationality and all that, but do they come as the same position as the player who retired? id think so to preserve the balance but just wondering.

Dave the names are created randomly, you never hear about the sam regen twice.

There's only three regens I've easily spotted from their positions:

Daniel Minge (Andy Moller's regen)
Paul Kutsch (Craig Forest's regen)
Some kid at Everton (Chris Waddle's regen)

Craig Forest's was easy to spot becuase he's the only talented Canadian keeper in the entire game.

Ive spotted Kewell's regen and Hyypia's as well. They are pretty easy to tell. I found Kewell's at Northern Spirit.
