Don't ask why the flags are messed up its just like that.....take it as another glitch from EA as it doesntr look like i will be able to fix it.....also notice that they are in the REST of the World section...because if i moved them to the International section they would'nt have flags at all

Are you using ecp dbedit for this?

NOw that im replacing teams rather than adding them...Yes i am using Hercules's editor
