Was able to download (god bless cable modems) and install the files and it works great. Thanks for your kindness.

I d/l the first few files (It takes ages on my PC).
Now, how do I install them?

First off, you need winzip and winace.

1. unzip all the files in one folder(some should overwrite)
2. click on the ace file and extract(it should have like a red icon)
3. winace should have created a folder called data and in this folder should be the 5 or 6 speech files.
4. put those speech files in fifa 2000/data/audio/spceng folder and it should overwrite.

Do we have to zip all 32 files? please help me because i only downloaded 3 files so far the downloads are running slow.......

My experience was that you need all 32 files. I tried to unzip after I downloaded the first 10 and it doesn't work. But one you get all 32 the unzip process works great.

Yes, you have to download all the 32 files for it to work.
