This is their e-mail. I suggest such a strategy for us all:

1. Say: we want a patch this year, since we already have this damn game.

2. Focus on things really important and real. Don't ask to put 50 more leagues in: your dreams are of no concern. We are talking about SAVING A GAME that we wanted so much and that appeared so disappointing.
Important things are, I believe:
gameplay and pitch size;
rosters and player rendering.
Please, forget stadium select, there are millions of stadiums in the whole world, you'll never get them all anyway.

3. Be specific. If you find fault with the game tell them exactly what you think is wrong. Since they have no idea about real football, they'll never find that out themselves, won't they?

4. Don't be sceptical about the idea of writing, like "oh, they won't listen anyway". Writing ONE SINGLE MESSAGE won't take that much time. But if they receive tons of complaints, I hope, they realize that something's really wrong with the game.

Let's do it! If you have any other ideas, please, share them.

This is something we really need.

I have e-mailed them at that address twice over the last few weeks and once last year.
They NEVER answer. I talked to them at e-3 here in the states and they did admit that the game speed was to fast and that this year they would at least give us the option to slow the game down. (not everyone likes pinball) did they though NO. I took this one back the next day.
