Well, as owner of many privious Fifa games, I'm disappointed.
I've read other compliants (but do note many good points/improvements).
All in all - it's just a regular soccer game - especially with the technology available these days..
Ignore all the hype!
If u have £29 and need a footie game - sure it's a nice investment - but don't expect a dream soccer game - it simply isn't.
Personally, I think it's a rush job - but once again - EA can market it as the gamers fantasy.
Well done EA - u just never lose.
Hope u enjoy my £29.99........

BTW - other people mention of e-mailing EA.
Great idea - with the amount of interest on this game - they have to know what the buying public think.
Voice your opinions to them!

I'm sure it's not only me who thinks that this is the best FIFA ever... or is it? Come on lads, Fifa (good) or East Fife(bad - couldn't think of anyone else...)

Answers on a postcard...

I GOT THE GAME ON SATURDAY AND IT WAS WORTH MY £29.99. THE GRAPHICS ARE SUPERB 200% BETTER THAN FIFA 99 AND I HAVE NOTICED THAT SOME PLAYERS ARE NOT MENTIONED BUT IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCETO ME. I SUPPORT INTER MILAN AND ONLY 2 PLAYERS ARE MENTIONED BUT THE COMMENTARY IS SO GREAT THAT IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.IT IS THE BEST FIFA BY FAR AND I DONT NO HOW THEY COULD MAKE FIFA2001 ANY BETTER. ANYONE WHO COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS GAME MUST HAVE SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH TEIR BRAIN. ME AND MY BROTHER JUST STARTED THE ITALIAN SEASON YESTERDAY(SEPERATE SEASONS)AND I AM 9TH AND HE IS 4TH.HE WAS PLAYING AS JUVENTUS.

I think FIFA2K is perhaps the best football game ever (except CM3, of course), but it still annoys me that EA haven't listened to the feedback from their gamers. OK, there are hundreds of opinions of what should be in the game, but there are some points that a vast majority would like to see fixed, but haven't been. I'm talking about game speed, pitch size and more accurate rosters (hey, I could have sent them the correct Norwegian rosters for free...). I doubt whether EA has had thousands of complaints about lacking air-collisions in their previous games. And who ever complained about too many fakes? Why remove them?
So, they have made the game better in many aspects, but failed to fix perhaps the biggest problems of the previous editions. That's why we have the right to be a little bit angry in between all the fun ;-)
