Hey!

I have a problem guys, I want to create a nice sig,
but how do I make the red parts on the attached image transparent?

Can anyone give me a good step by step tip how to do it with photoshop? (v. 7)

c'mon people is ti really necessary that I spend my 1000th post begging for help!?

use magic wand IMO, then delete , but this is just my way :)

THE .GIF file ewan created gave me an idea!

with animation shop, I can do it!

open a pic, then go to [animation]-[replace color...]

then in the [replace] field, click old color, select the color you want to be transparent.

then in the [with] field, select ''with transparency''

FINISHED!!!!

and i actually went ahead and made it, but then noticed he already had one from ewan...

As requested, I'm posting it anyway...

I started it from scratch coz i couldnt be bothered cleaning up the white stuff...

those stars took forever to make :|
