Isnt the ps2 ball all white anyway with, maybe a tiny badge on it that you can hardly see when playing.

One of the first things i noticed when i got the pc version was that the ball had decals on it.

I managed to convince about 10 kids (remember I coach soccer, I'm not Michael Jackson!) to buy WE6:I when it came out and I know they spread the word among their friends about it. I think WE7:I is gonna be a huge success. It's great, people get more and more pissed off with FIFA by the year and more and more impressed with PES/WE. The evil empire is crumbling!

Yeah but to be honest with you, unless you dont already have we7... I wouldnt go out and buy this. It is very much the same gameplay as WE7, with some new animations. I dont think I could jusifty getting it, since I alraedy have We7. But it is a great game for the people that dont have it.

Yep, I remember old Richard Cranium who used to come on here telling us we were all thick idiots for suggesting PES3 would ever see thel ight of day on the PC too! That was funny! Even when we had magazine articles saying it was being developed with actual screenshots he was still like "means nothing laddy, it's not coming and you're a foll if you think otherwise". Then, it came out for the PC and we haven't seen him since!

But yep, WE7:I for the PS2 in the States is another big FIFA killer. I managed to turn so many people to WE6:I the last time around to the point where I'd take it around people's houses in my backpack just on the offchance they had a PS2!

I would agree. I watched the 2 IGN videos and didn't see much difference from WE7. But again if you don't have we7 already then we7i is a must buy.

I'm more than likely buying it, just to support the game, so hopefully Konami will give us the full game. I can already see that we will be getting knock-off boots, like WE6I (2-stripe Adidas, Puma with 3 lines, etc.), so I wonder what else will be taken out :/

Well I got sort of mixed up there. I'm sure it will be like PES3/WE7, but they are taking boots out, and maybe other things, though hopefully not! :P

As far as I know they are not taking anything out. I figure they will be giving us a a full game.. but like I said.. I have We7 Jap Version, with all the patching etc.. I willnot be buying the game here. If by chance the sales are down I may just buy it to support it here.. but thats the last thing I'll do. I have been playing We7 since August :) I dont wanna pay another 50 bucks for essentially the same game.

Same for me. I bought we6i and I will buy it if sales are down but otherwise no reason to. I want us to get future games here so if it means buying it to support it I will.
