Just played against Spurs (as man Utd). Bizarre game. Had over 20 corners in a 15 minute period which is unusual in itself as I normally get under 10 in a game even with quite a lot of pressure.

Anyway, I was 2-0 up and Van Horseface gets a great header from a corner which goes down through Keller's legs and over the goal line just as Keller recovers, turns round and dives on it. Waiting for the celebration and the scoreline to come up...... nothing happens. Keller then stands up with the ball and kicks it out. HOLD ON! I replay the incident, zoom in and the ball clearly goes over the goal-line. You can even see a tiny strip of green between the ball and the goal-line. Should have been given as a goal!!!

One thing I love about this game is that it never ceases to surprise me or get me shouting at the ref for being an idiot/biased, etc. Although I have had games where I've been crunching the opposition to the ground and got away with it while a simple shoulder nudge on their part results in a card (welcome to Old Trafford, lol!).

So, my first disallowed goal that was definitely a goal. Had a few questionable offside decisions before but this was a first. I demand TV replays for the fourth official!!!!!

I was down 3-0 inside 15 mins using Brazil vs Italy.....i was so pissed off i almost destroyed my gamepad......But i played on and on the stroke of halftime i got 1 goal to narrow the gap...3-1
I kept pressing in the 2nd half and managed to score goal in the 54th, 63rd and 88th min to win the game 4-3...What satisfying feeling, i shouted so loud at the final whistle!!!

yeah, the game is full of new surprises. In a 4 man game once we scored a clear offside, no flag though. Roma 1-0 Milan :) :)

Know what you mean man. I usually get so worked up during games, I feel embarrased to those who hear me. Last week I was up 2-0, then the CPU decided my luck was out. I ended up losing 4-2, and when the last goal was scored I banged the desk so hard, my glass of wine tipped over into my keyboard.

Keyboard gone, frustration still there......

If a game can accomplish that, it has to be great. Still, my wife wonders why I play this game that only makes me maaaaaaad! ;)

Yea I know what you mean. There have been tense games where opportunities at goal are so scarse that when u get one and miss it you flail your arms and grab your hair in disgust as if u were a striker yourself in the champions league.

I've nearly lost 2 relationships because of PES.....girls just don't get the power of virtual football with the boys...a lot of repair work needed to be done in those days :)

I once hit the bar 5 times in a real 6 yard box tussle, it was very odd, especially since the first shot hot the underside of the crossbar agains the post, rolled to the other post and out again then in the rebound the keeper tipped it onto the bar and finally I hit the post from that rebound before the defender cleared it out of play, I was stunned, depressed and crying:p

I had a game VERY similar to this one a few days ago. The winning goal came in the 78th though, but what a fantastic rush it was to come back from 3-1!!!
