Is it possible to create a European Super League?

I just wondered as I had thoughts on the creation. I know it'd be pretty fiddly but it would look fantastic.

I did this in 2003 but i created a world league with the best teams from over the world with 4 leagues of 20 teams

it was pretty fun but one annoying thing was that when new players got generated they were from montserrat (the country i put the league in)

also the uefa cup and champions league became more competitive seeing as the best teams had left the european leagues
