I didnt get what you mean. You are going to make an update for Fapm2000 or ea are?? What do you mean complete transfer?

When you get the team from conference, or third, or second division to th epremiership, the players from 1st and second division (good players, with overall skill of 68 and over) will not come to your team just because they think that your team is worse.
I was manager of Wrexham and I got promoted to Premiership without any cheating. When I finally won the Premiership, I wanted to buy some players with ov. skill of 68 and higher from 1st and second div. teams. I gave them a MUCH HIGHER wage, but the said: "I've looked over your offer and ecided to stay at my present club...". Like they don't want to play in Premierhsip winners.
Also, you cannot save your money through years -- every year you have different budget. When, with Manchester Utd. now, I sold all players and had about 100 million pounds on transfer players, I didn't want to spend them all in once. I got just 12 millions pounds next year. It's like my directors stole 90 millions pounds from tranfer budget!!! Also, you can't build your stadium, when you have a lot of money on transfers -- in real life you talk to your director a lot, and decide whether to spend your money on stadium, or transfers....
