may i help?
in wepicturedecoder open the kit and click on the green color.. now press F2 and adjust the slider to level 128 ..
after this you can press F3 to open a window, where you can see the transparent parts (black) ...;)

Si, tiene razon, pero una vez que hagas eso hazle doble clic a los cuadrados con el color verde y cambialos por el color que este a continuacion en el kit.............en este caso el rojo, porque sino te va a quedar una molesta linea verde.

About transparency, I think I can help you guys...

If you make the transparency using the green stuff (RGB 0,255,0)
as you problably know it will not be completly transparent in the game (example: http://members.lycos.co.uk/mermi/egypt%20away.jpg).

How to solve this problem? Instead of using that green, simply delete everything in that area, delete that area in all layers. (use photoshop to do that).

It will remain the photoshop transparency, right? That's what we wanted. Now, convert to indexed color as you normaly do, but don't forget to check 'transparency'.

Save it as .png and using de WEPICTURE DECODER, insert the new kit. The photoshop transparency will be accepted by the WEPICTURE DECODER, and it will finish with the green transparency problem!!

I'm not sure if i made myself very clear, as my english isn't the best... But if you have any question, I'll try to explain it better.

Niko, could you make one small change if its not too much trouble, in the away kit, the shirt is fine, except the stripes on the fron are red not blue, and the shorts blue like the home kit, and the socks red like the home kit, its only the shirt that changes...thanks man....I appreciate it.

silent bob, there another way to solve the green line problem......double clic on the green squares (press F2) and change the green colour for the next colour in the kit, for example in that DIM kit the colour would be a white/grey or a simple red.....and the green line just dissapear.

hey. i have a question for you.....i tried to do it like you explain, but when i have to import the kit as png to the picture decoder it said 'image must be one channel' and there's no way to load the image

you problaby forgot to indexed the image... if you save it with all the layers it wont work.

I think the way to do that is IMAGE --> MODE --> INDEXED COLORS...

Then photoshop will ask if you wanna merge all layers, click tjhe OK button.

Check the transparency box and it's done!

FILE --> SAVE AS... and save as filename.png

I already found lots of variations for those teams, but its allways stuff like 'red adidas shirt', 'blue nike shirt'.... very simple, very boring...
