I heard mixed opinions. Switching tactics each game is a MASSIVE no-no as far as I'm concerned, and you'll never get good consistency (in my opinion). As for using the same tactic all season, it really depends on the tactic. I've been using my current one for five seasons now and Rony here has been using his forever, but only the good ones last for more that half to one season IMO. Download or build yourself a good one and it will last for an age. As for which team to manage, for a bit of a challenge Plymouth are good fun. For success I don't know which would be the easiest.
