Most of the scenes in that video where there's large stockpiles are from a massive bust about 45 minutes north of Toronto. Some people leased out an old beer factory and converted it into a growing operation. They were producing an estimated $30 million in weed, and it was probably the most sophisticated growing operation ever in Canada and got tons of media attention.

BTW, that segment was for Rick Mercer(90% of the time he's stupid) who's funniest bits were for a program called "Talking to Americans". Search around cbc.ca, you may be able to find it.
