How can I make a screen shot of a game?

Just search the web for a shareware program called Hyper Snap DX. That'll do the trick.

The stadium tutorial in FIFA CS MLS shows you how to take snap shots of the game while your playing it. It even shows you how to set it up. Just go here:

on the left control panel, click on the Tutorial section and then click on stadium editing.
