I have a 98 Grand Prix Se. Hopefully I'll trade up this spring or get a newer, different model.

Also have a 84 Chevy Van which I've owned since 91. It's in the garage and I'm currently customizing it. Put a 350 motor in a few years back and added dual exhaust with headers - sounds sweet and actually has some balls now! Built a bed with box speakers, added a 12-disc changer, an amp and now it is really loud! Redoing the interior now then I hope to get to the bodywork this summer before it starts to rust any worse than it is already. Would love to add a hydraulic system like Cheech and Chong did in one of their movies but will have to win the lottery or something first!

im 18, nearly got a years no claims on a Fiat Punto 55sx, slow as sh!t but ok for a first car, i've nearly saved up enough now to get me my Saxo VTR, thats only group 7 but my premium is still gonna b so high coz im gonna av to insure it fully comp! prob around 900 quid!

Yeah Insurance would be a bit of a bitch, but my mum works for prudential (one of the largest international issurers) and the car is insured through work. Honestly if it weren't for that the cost of insurance would be obscene, more than the cars worth really. On my 2 licenses (UK and US) I have 3 years of no claim so my premium is going down and I have a plus pass certificate (UK).

yeah, oh rite u get to carry ur no claims from US! thats pretty kool! i thought pass plus only worked for the first yr of drivin!

Had my UK licence for almost 2 years, cause I got it 8 days after my 17th birthday....

I think I rented something similar when I drove down to Florida for the UF-Georgia "World Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party" football game in 2009 and was really impressed. Wasn't as station-wagoney though.

I really cant wait to get my astra hatch back, drove one when i was learning to drive and they are really nice to drive, will move as well if you want it to.
