You have to be kidding.
I agree Beckham is not perfect, mostly because of his temper, but he actually works very hard. He runs quite a few miles during a game. And he ALWAYS chase the ball, trying to recover posession when he's tackled.

I just watched the Man U - Valencia match and, Jeroen, you might want to reconsider your opinion.

Damn...I was hoping Valencia would kick some butt tonight...but yeah, Beckham does his share of work all right.

Worst worker? I'd go for one of those established poachers. Morientes? Nah...he's all right...does his job. Oh yeah! Bierhoff could fit the bill these days. And judging from tonight's match...Oscar from Valencia.

What the **** are you going on about? Beckham worst worker?!? have you ever seen him play? do you know the slightest thing about football? he's probably the hardest working player except Keane at Man U and unless your talking about a different Beckham I suggest you try watching a game of football! W*NKER!!! Shearer gets my vote, if the ball doesn't come straight to his feet he just sulks! every match unless he's given the ball to him on a plate he won't score.

Try West Brom's Fabien De Fatarse, sorry, Freitas. Won't even attempt to play the ball if it's more than 3 yards in front of him.

I think I'll have to go for Beckham.

He played quite good last night I have to say.

Don't get me wrong, I am a man.u. fan. I just think Beckham works enough. (he does give the best passes tough).

There are probably a whole lot worse workers, but when you just look at top clubs I still go for Beckham

I would have to say Basler, Ortega, Romario, Edmundo, and Romario. All of these players do not take care of themselves off the pitch. Basler was let go because of it and Edmundo almost went to jail. If it was not for Romario and Ortega's immense talent, they would be hard pressed to find a first team place.

I'd have to say, from the big clubs, Andy Cole of ManU. After every missed oppurtunity he goes about with a disappointed expression instead of fighting for repossession of the ball.

Sella,
Andy Cole, sorry can`t begin to agree with you there.

1. Beckham works hard. Saw him against Valencia and he was playing great.

2. Worst must be Anelka. He has only got his head stuffed with money and he hasn't got any motivation...why did he left Arsenal..big mistake of him..Now he just doesn't seem to care at all.

3. Other: Shearer, Edmundo and some other players..
