because I live in Canada and my PS2 is an american version so what site allows me to pre order the american version?

Those are the two big American video game retailers, both list 2/17/04 as the ship date ( 17/2/04 for the Europeans or maybe canada if they use that date system).

I checked ebgames and they ship to canada and I assume gamestop does as well.

Or you can order it from the 'Shop' section on my website through Toys R Us. They delivered me the game the day before it's official release last year with WE6:I.

I just ordered it of that Toys R Us website. I thought the game's supposed to be released on the 10th, but "estimated delivery date" is the 19th. ????? When would I get the game?

No, the 19th is the offical release date for WE7:I. You'll probably get it the day before the offical release. Toys R Us normally send pre-orders out to the customers before they send the main stock to the stores so you'll have yours first. If it comes in any earlier then you'll get it earlier. With stores, even if they get it in a few days early they are sometimes prevented from stocking their shelves with it but that rule doesn't apply to pre-orders.
