To make WEditor Stadium name changes work in PES3, which file do I need to delete in the Konami folder?

save\KONAMI-WIN32PES3OPT (option file)
you will NOT loose your saved replays or master/cup league saves coz they are stored in separate files (folders)

why not use optionfile editor to change the stadium names

version I used didn't work, dunno which version it was
I corrected stadium names by editing one of .str file (hex editing http://www.fifaserwis.com/board/images/smilies/biggrin.gif )

I have done both and the option editor works if you move off the edited field first
also I think the WEOpteditor has fixed the save fault.
