When I applied a patch for update the rosters in game (last week release). After that I can't load my saved carriers or tunements. I can only play new carriers, tunements or play now games . Please help me on this.

You cannot load previously saved games after installing new rosters. This is no new thing. If you want to load your old saves, you have to use your original rosters (copy them from the FIFA CD)

they rosters will be the same if u take roster 1,2 and 3 delete them from my documents fifa 2004 user file and the rosters will be the same like saha will stay at united

you have to choose: new rosters or old saves
