I start to unzip FIX.EXE, it's gets to about 1/3 of the way through, and an error message comes up saying the following :-

" Can't create output file: C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA99\data\stadium\PRAC\PRAC__D.PC "

What has happened, and how do I fix it ?

Did you have FIFA 99 *FULLY* installed? Everything on the FIFA 99 installation setup must be ticked for ESP to work.
