I have the american version of the game with UK commentary and I would like to make a roster update of the french league. In which DBI files will my changes be made and what happens to someone with another version of the game who would like to install my update?

in the english dbi files. I don't think that there are any american dbi files.

If you want to have another person use your files, you just go to your options menu durring the game and change the language settings to english and not american. Then the db file created, you just make it a part of your patch.

It doesn't matter what dbi files they have installed. With this db file, they can see your changes.
