I've been using CC for the past month or so and have had no problems besides the occasional random crash. This afternoon I opened the program and none of the leagues or teams appear on the left. Once I go in game, there are a lot of double players on teams. I have not done nothing out of the ordinary- no moving of files, no patches added to the game. I reinstalled CC, but still have the same problem. Am I doing something dumb?

Your FIFA database probably got corrupted. If it is so, there's no help... :(
