Ok folks i bought a brand new PC, and i know that this kind of questions had been here like grasshopers, but i tried the ways on some of the tutorials and it is still not working:
I can`t make my PES3 (PC) run nice and smooth.
I have this configuration:

AMD Athlon XP 2500 Barton + BOX
256 DDR Kingston Hyper X
Saphire ATI Radeon 9200 64MB (Driver version 6.14.10.6378)
Windows XP
A7V8X-X Asus Motherboard
Samsung SyncMaster 450b 14" monitor

I have installed both Konami official putches and still zip, nothing.
I think that on my configuration i could make i run pretty godd on the highest level. Beside the slowndowns i when i a playing i am getting some stripes accross screen.

Well for one u only have 64mb card and that cant help. Also a 9200 Radeon aint good enough i dont think. I think a 9600 or 9800 would be sufficient.

but all that tutorials i even find here how to run the gae on Ge force 2 with that 3d Anylizer?! So i just want to play PES# smooth and without those shapes and strapes over the sreen. It don`t need to be the highest resolution and details.

Not enough memory and graphics card is basic at best

but why i don`t get it there is 256 DDR Hyper X (the strongest 256 MB meory), and the Radeon 9200 wich maybe is old but i kick`s asses on all rest games???!!!

256 memory is simply not enough
I have 1024 corsair mem and 9800pro ati card

but 9600 pro and 512 mem would be good enough

It wasn't a good portover from console too

nope, 256mb memory and radeon 9600pro is enough, like in my case, with 60fps, no glitches, no speedups, no slowdowns!

Nedostizni: ako imas na ploci ugradjenu zvucnu "kartu" to je najverovatnije problem, kao i kod mog ortaka... uzmi SBLive za male pare i uzivaj...
