I got the game and it's so cool.

The graphics are impressive and the gameplay is very accurate and more realistic than in FIFA. Some stuff is cheesy but in the end you have a lot of fun and you don't get as frustrated. This is the first Microsoft soccer game and I think it's pretty cool. If we keep supporting it they may develop an even better game in the future.

I got the demo from PC Format (UK) Magazine. It was a special demo, Germany vs a PC Format team with the writers as players in the game.
It was not the first MS Soccer game. They made Microsoft Soccer which was easily the worst football game ever...

Teknos - I've been looking for the MS International Soccer 2000 demo for ages - I can't find it at the Microsoft site. Schumacher, did u get the demo off a website or off the magazine (ie on CD)?

Man that game is awesome, I have and if you have 3D card the graphics and everything is very cool. And i bought just when it came out in USA and it was $19.99 (with tax it was more than that http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/wink.gif )

Where can I find roster updates for MIF 2000?

I don't think you can find any updates for it, I've had the game since it came out and I been looking for rosters and stuff and there's nothing. It's just not popular enough i think

If you want the demo you can order back issues of PC Format magazine on
(+44 if you live outside UK) 01458 271129. It is issue number 100, and since it was a landmark in the mags history it may be sold out. If you can get it, you get the CD with all them demoes on, and MS International Football frisbee, a Tomb Raider mousemat, and a PC Format balloon. It costs £5 with £1 postage in the UK or £3 postage for the rest of the world.
