I'm playing a game with Bray Wanderers since i didn't want to start off with a big club.

League: Ireland, Div. 1
Cups: Irish League Cup, Leinster Senior Cup, Irish Senior Challenge Cup, and possibly President's cup
International: None, as of now.

So far:

League: 6 games played, 1st overall, 16 points (5w, 1d, 0L)
League Cup: Won group, advanced to quaterfinals.
Leinster Cup: Won round 1, advanced to quaterfinal
Challenge Cup: Not drawn yet

Right now theres a 3 way first place fight, 1st on 36, me on 35, 3rd on 34. I'm in a promotion playoff spot.

Well at the start of the season i signed the 16 year old Brazilian Jo for 375k and got the 13 year old Bjorn Zwikker for 75k im talking pounds by the way. I sold Juanra to Racing Santander for 1mill.

I fiddled with tactics for the first to 2 games and lost em both and decided to bring out my Arsenal Tactic. Which is going great headed by David Aganzo who is on loan from Real Madrid at the start his Value has shot up to 6 mill pitty there will be no way of keeping him coz my finiances are in tatters the clubs wages are 110k a week and i dont excatly fill the stadium every week.

Heres my league Table at the moment im going to push for promotion me thinks

All my signing are like $4000 squad players :D

I signed a GK for $3000, he's on the bench, cause of the form the starter is in.

I signed Lawlor (see above) for free, but he's almost always unhappy.


I got promoted to the premier league, i have 5 throphys to my name so far. First Div, League cup, Senior challenge cup, Leinster cup, President's cup.

I'm top of the premier league, but out of the league cup this year.

And who have u signed? I've got Morison on loan and signed John Sharkey, John Porhallson, Por kristiansen and Gary O'Niall (sp) Good luck ;)

I play a 4-4-2 with 2 wingers (McGuinness [right] and Forsyth [left]) and 2 def. midfielders (normally James and Lawless). I play Travers in goal, Tresson at right back (he also takes PKs, he has a 20).

Damien Gannon (DC), From Athlone Town for $4,000 - He starts sometimes, he's alright, i wouldn't heap praise on any of my centerbacks tho.

Rory Ginty (AM R/L), From Salthill Devon for $4,000 - Great deputy on either wing, can get goals as well as assits.


2005:
Ouajdi Abdualziz (GK), From Crumlin United for $3,000 - Fine stopper, he's on the bench because my current keeper keeps having great matches, he's proformed great when called upon. Great at stopping PKs, i think he's saved 6 of 12.

Padraig Moran (S C), from Athlone Town for $3,000 - I signed him because I needed an extra forward, as Flood had just been injured and my U-21s were hurt as well. He's not great, but he wasen't crap in the game he played. He's 4th on my list.

Paul Rooney (S C) from St. James' Gate for $0 - In the U21's right now, i signed him with hope that he'll improve into a good #3 striker.

Coner Kenna (D R/C) from St. James' Gate for $2,000 - Injured for 3 months, signed as a squad player for the UEFA cup (i qualifyed by winning the league cup).

Donald Morgan (AM R/C), from Athlone Town for $10,000 - signed as cover for the wingers (at the time Ginty was my lone cover for both wings.

lol, just played 2 games into the season, won 4-1 away to Shelbourne and 1-1 against....um can't remember :$ But in the first game Por Kristiansen scored 3 and got a 10, best bit is i got him on a free :D My defence looks a little shakey and been lucky to concead just the 1 goal in both matches, whos ur back 4? I play Farrel, Lynch, Charles, Tresson and dont play the offside trap.

Charles wouldn't re-sign with me. :(

I have an injury crisis in DC at the moment, this is what it looks like now (attachment).

Kenna and Lynch are injured, and Gannon is just about as good as putting a garbage bag back there. Mullen is a 16 year old, he's held his ground ok tho. I've had to use Farrel at DC three times.

John Flood eh? Swansea and quite a few other teams are interested in him but his stats don't look that good:confused: Might bring him on as a sub next game

He just got a hat trick against Shamrock, i won 3-1.

I'm in the UEFA cup final, i drew crappy side after crappy side. Then played Arsenal's 2nd string, which i won 2-1 (1-0 Arsenal in London, 2-0 Bray in Ireland) on agg, but got pleted by shots.

I'll probley get crushed by 'Pool tho.

I gambled on putting a young attacker, Stephen Walsh, in central defense. He had an absolute stormer, he had a hand in the winner too, sending a thorugh ball into Zayed who chipped the keeper.

No idea how i won that.

Well I started my second season with Levante in the Spanish 1st Division. I had a transfer Budget of 1.2 million Pounds

I signed Rivaldo for 160 000 Advaldo for 800k and Sergio Aguero for 240k.

Im Currently Sitting Second in the the First Division in my third season 31 games into the season. So hopefully ill get a CL spot but atleast ive got a Uefa Cup spot now

I lost in the CL final to Man Utd, i had 2 fit forwards for the game, i lost 1-0. Walsh hit the post in stoppage.

Rory Ginty, my winger that i bought for $4000 from non-league Salthill, played for Ireland in a EC Qualifying match that they won 5-2, he didn't score but played well. It's rare since Ireland normally use a team of players all based in other leagues.

After a great second season where i only lost one or 2, i start my third season horribly, well not horribly, but 3rd in league, still in CL thank god

Yea, that's how i am now.

I started this league season really bad. I was lucky to win in the last minute once, and get draws in the last minute twice.

I'm in third qualifying round of CL against Shaktar, lost first leg 3-2, 2nd leg is comin up and i'm not sure weather to sit back and hope to nick a goal with direct passing and counter attacking or to try and dominate. Btw are ur board stingy? I have over a million but still only allowed a £5,000 transfer budget?

Yea, they only allow like 10% of the budget.

Normally in knock out games i defend like crazy in Bray, hoping to draw 0-0, then get an away goal.

I didn't win a single CL knockout match outright, yet made it to the final. Normally 0-0, 1-1 win on AG.

The third qualifying round was actually against Sporting, i beat Shakter in the 2nd round. First leg against Sporting I lost 3-2 but the two away goals were very vital, 2nd leg went 1-0 up, then 1-1, then got a penalty in 85th min which Tresson stuck away easily. In the group stage i've drawn Juventus, Bekitas and Celta, playing Juventus first away with my two strikers (Kristjansson and Porhallson) injured :p Have over £3.5 million in the bank now, got 2.7 mil for makin it to group stage (H)

Tresson is world class at pens (H)
