Is this why I have no crowd ?? I imported the 4 files over st12 which is Nagai stadium. All the St James stuff is there, except the crowd lol :) I am now a little unsure how to do this ??

Is this only for use with PES3 PC or can the bins be used for WE7?

the game will hang if you import the pc bins directly into the ps2 version, something to do with the pallete i think, to import the edited stadiums open we pic decoder twice and then open the pc bin in one and the corresponding ps2 bin in the other and check each bmp (there should be about 50 in each bin) and extract the one's from the pc version that have been edited then import them into the ps2 bin and import back into the afs file and it'll work ok

open the pc bin file with we pic decoder, scroll through the bmp's and extract any that have been edited, there may only be a few of the bmp's that have been edited, to extract an edited bmp click INPUT/OUTPUT, IMPORT/EXPORT FULL IMAGE, EXPORT BMP and save the file, once you've extracted all the edited bmp files import them into the ps2 version, when you've finishd importing them save the bin file and import back into the afs file with afs explorer, you don't have to worry about transparency or the pallet

you may have to reduce the size of the bin file with pic decoder if it's too big to go back into the afs file

if you can't get it to work let me know what problem you're having and i'll try to help
