For you personally, what is the most important thing in a Soccer Management Game? As a freeware developer I'm curious to see what the consensus is.

I say the youth system needs to be worked out very good, as the youths will be the future of the game and the present only lasts one season. A good FMG also cannot go without having an engine, that responds well to changes in the tactics, tho.

A good choice of teams and a good match engine are important to me in a Football management game :)
