i ******* hope so :(

i dont think we can do that twice in a row. ruud's penalty miss against arsenal was so stupid, and we seem to always lose/draw against stupid teams where we should be getting 3 points

I'm not going to say that Arsenal have it in the bag, we still have quite a way to go in the league, and i am almost 100% sure we ill lose at least one game this season, but, I can see Man Utd winning the PL or the FA cup, although a Treble for Arsenal would be good.:p

Man United wont give up now thats for sure,

But with Silvestre gone, it's even more of a nightmare. Even if they play well, the goals will continue leaking in.

why the hell not?
12 games = 36 points up for grabs.
i don't see why man utd can't fight for the title anymore. :p

36 points left to play, 12 matches, gap is 7 points, it can still be closed, but we have to win all our matches to stand any chance and look for one or 2 slip-up from arse, but it look very slim. :(

United definently are still in with a shout, they have to just concentrate on the performances and try to get a good run going. Hopefully Arsenal will slip up and it would start to make things interesting up at the top.

and also, It ain't over till the fat lady sings. (H)

Arsenal will destroy Man Utd in Highbury:rockman: :hump: :p

We still have a good chance. Fergie needs to get team morale up, and do what he promised... PLAY ATTACKING FOOTBALL. You win 3 points every match if you outscore your opponents, and it also keeps pressure off your defense. If Wes plays like he did in Porto, we'll kick ass. I'm hoping for a miracle, Ferdinand wins appeal, RVN starts bagging hatters, Silvestre returns early and we win all our matches including Highbury. :rockman: We're only 4 points behind if we beat the gunners, that's childs play.

I'd respect Man U IF they are able to do it, which I think is practically speaking is not possible.

But anyway I'm very happy with the character Arsenal is showing. Winning games even when not playing at full throttle:rockman:

Arsenal are too focused on winning the title back after messing up last year, man utd can do it, but i dont think arsenal will slip up this time

They can fight for the title, but them winning is a different story. The title is going back to Highbury IMO :(

If Chelsea are still around lets just throw Newcastle and Liverpool in the mix as well.

I think he meant that Chelsea are still around to bother Man Utd.;) But, well, Man Utd are 7 points behind, Chelsea are 9, 2 points aint a big difference, so they still have a shot. But it's impossible for Chelsea to win it this season, especially if you consider that they play like pussies against the big guns.:mrpimp:

As someone said earlier, 36 points to play for, and a 7 point gap to close. It's not an easy task. But if Arsenal draw two matches and United win their fixtures up until the match at Highbury, then it's a 3-point gap. However, there are only 3 EPL matches left for both teams before the Highbury match. A more realistic scenario is for United to win the match against Arsenal, and hope for the Gunners to drop points against Fulham(hey it could happen:D), Newcastle, Liverpool and Tottenham.

Another concern for United is the game against Chelsea in the penultimate round of the season. Even if the players overhaul the lead Arsenal have, a slip-up against Chelsea could mean it's all over.

I'm still hopeful of a United recovery, and it's happened before. It happened last year, it very nearly happened the season before that, and it could happen again this year.

All I know is it's not over yet. We'll make a comeback towards the end of the season.

I still have faith for United.
