Does anyone know of any other soccer games that are better than Fifa 2000!?

I like Fifa 2000 but im sick of EA putting out half finished games and have never looked at other soccer games because FIFA games have always been cream of the crop.

Well if anyone knows of of a game with proper soccer gamplay and not pinball then tell!

PC, N64, or PSX?

On the PC at least, Fifa is the best of the lot in my opinion. Viva Soccer is shockingly poor, Three Lions doesn't warrant mentioning, Sensible Soccer is a pale shadow of the Amiga classic, the Actua series does not a come close to Fifa.

The closest to a decent game of football is World league Soccer 98, and subsequently Michael Owen's World League Soccer. FA Premier League Stars is fun for while, but is flawed by several annonying features, (the player always seems to transfer the ball onto his other foot, wasting time and allowing the opposition an easy tackle), and outrageously you cannot play more than one season in the Premier League.

I have tried to reduce my compulsive purchase of all football related titles so I can't pass judgement on Puma Street Soccer, Microsoft International Football 2000 or UEFA Champions League. I hope that this helps, but if I were you I'd keep your cash and stick with Fifa.
