Make a 2gk kit without 2gk raptor
Hi friend.
The beautiful news is that!,a kit in 2gk,or an 2ga adboard and a 2gf face is possible to make with wonderful program called FshEd downloadable in nbalive site or searching this in google.
This program edit all fsh texture and if you want is capable to import a bmp without modify the structure of file.
Example:
If you want to import a 2gk kit ,load the file fsh with 1gk kit ex Player....fsh ,edit the file import the texture(bmp512x1024)change the texture format in DXT1 and save the file and import in zdata_05.big.
If you want you use this process to import a 2GB(double sized ball) ,2GA(adboard),2GF!(double sized faces)
Excuse for my english but if you understand that I writing is easy to make a 2gk.

the image will still have bad resolution ingame if you load a 1gk kit. useless.

Do I need to compress the file too?

Yes,You compress the file.
FshEd is a good program to edit fsh file

I've tried it just as you said, but when I start a match, it crashed back to desktop:(.

whats you import?Do you import faces?

I've imported the files with Impbig and after that I've compressed them with BigGUI.

this way wont work

ehm faces is much difficult to import.. try to change the format of the texture of 2gf face on RGB.
The kits and adboard and ball with this program work

I can tell you that you are right abt Adboards.

i work on 2gf texture and when i discover something on 2gf face i publish it .

but if it works will be another matter :brow:
