I actually didn't make it, I got it from some ip location finder web site

It is like if you have a Russian Ip address and you type it in it tells you where in Russia you are located and shows a flag of the country, I really liked the Russian flag so I put it on the sig.

scroll down a bit and it tells you your ip address and everything in the yellow box, click on "Click Here For More Demo" and then type in this ip address: 193.233.255.255

this type is the easiest cause I have the format saved in .psp with all the layers... you just get any background and fill it in with colors

plus you can do different designs I am just to lazy to think of something else

just delete the white and it will be transparent in the background and then save it as .gif and it should work...

it usually depends on the background but most of the time I just use flood fill first put opactiy on 40 then again 40 do the blinds 15 and then 15 opacity and it should work
