Problem Description :

i have bought fifa soccer 2004 , i installed with full installation.
But when i start the game , screen goes blank , flickers for 2-3 times then it returns to desktop. helpppp!!!!

surprisingly game is running on my old system with 128ram p3 900hz.

System Specs :

ASUS MOTHERBOARD
P4 1.8 GHZ , 256 RAM , 16MB VIDEO MEMORY , 20 GB HDD
S3 PROSAVAGE ONBOARD VIDEO CARD
WINDOWS 98
ENOUGH FREE SPACE WHERE GAME IS INSTALLED

Further Comments :

THOUGH I HAVE 16 MB VIDEO MEMORY I CAN RUN GAMES LIKE BLACK HAWK DOWN WHICH RUN ON 32 MB VIDEO MEMORY THEN WHY FIFA IS'NT RUNNING

My Suggestions:

More RAM
Non-onboard decent Video card ;)

Do not be so naive please Daz,

I have this exact same problem and am running amd ath 3000, 1024 DDR RAM and 256MB XFX FX5700.

Please can someone help, it is excruciatingly frustrating not to even be able to get into the game to see any errors, when it is running right in front of you.
