My bet would be England ,they have a slight advantage because they just need a draw ,but anything can happen,look at Turkey ,they were in the same situation and they came out winners .

I doubt that Germany will go through .They may win versus portugal since they have qualified ,but England just needs a draw and there would go Germany.

Germany are weak, they won't beat Portugal. Romania like to play fluid football. Ince, Wise, Scholes, Beckham, Campbell, Keown will kick them up in the air. They won't get a touch.
