well ever since FCP eliminated Man u you've been one of those ppl that have constantly said **** about FCP and saying how they should lose everything.
You guys called us cheaters then Cristiano Ronaldo fakes an injury to waste time while you guys were winning. If he was so injured why'd he play the following weekend.

That's where you are wrong shokz. I'm going for a draw. Juninho's free-kicks have been the surprise this season and he scoring 4 goals in the CL this season tells that he is pretty much the orchestrator. French sides have been underrated this season and it won't surprise if Lyon advanced. Its not that I hate Porto.
*Maybe I hate them a bit* :p
[dfm] 22-03-2004, 10:03:PM First of all is really annoying what some United fans told about Porto just because their team was eliminated by us but who cares, we were the better team so we deserve to be playing the quarter-finals, i can understand some anger from their side after an unexpected loss but it's ok... :p (H) About this game i think it won't be easy, far away from that, but i think once again Porto will show why he's one of the best teams in Europe ATM, the secret to go through it's not understimate Lyon's team, they have an excelent team and some great players so we have to respect them very much but honestly i can only see Porto playing the semi-final... ;)

Let them talk, only Real Madrid beat us on our old ground 3-1 and 1-1 away, but it will be a hard game as Lyon is fast and dangerous, but I also beleive we will win 2-0, we have never lost in our new ground. But let's just hope for a great game, these are teams Deco matches well against, and creates many scoring chances for others.

José Mourinho contraria quem fala do favoritismo do F.C.

ShearerM4 24-03-2004, 07:09:PM I never had much doubt that Porto would ease past Lyon.. especially at home.
But it was a pretty shameless performance by the home side ... especially Deco, who spent his time on the floor. That turf must be be comfortable.
The refs just fell for it every time ... no wonder they kept at it. Same went for Porto's seocond goal and the "foul" on that # 9 whoever it is.
Lyon were the architechts of their own downfall. They're defence was shambolic a times. The total lack of marking and misunderstanding of playing people offside led to the first.
As for Lyon's Attack... well can't say anything as Porto back line did a brilliant job of closing down players and regrouping when Lyon had a break now and again... In the end i think Baia didn't need to take a shower.

(H) LOL, great post Deco spend most time in the floor, another great post, their was no talk of dives in fact this aint ManU with RVN diving away, it was a great game but the #1 french team is not near FCP in talent or form. Porto had still many key players out with injury, we been using reserves as subs, that barely even play in the league as subs, and we still keep on winning and advancing. We have a team that plays hard kid just face it.
Porto should have won by more, but 2-0 is good for now.
Here is 3 guys that played that barely see Super Liga action, but we have so many injuries that now they have to step up.
Ricardo Fernandes
Pedro Emanuel
Bosingwa
Also if NINJA is back, it's OVER!!! :mrpimp: It might be ACM next seeing their 4-1 win at Milano, REVENGE for the 1-0 Super Cup loss, unfinished buisness.
DERLEI can be back for final 4, Peixoto will play finally this week after 6 months, Pedro Mendes may also return. JC2 might also in a week be back, and then Ricardo Costa and Marco Ferreira we will wait, by final 4 we might have alot of the starters back.
So many injuries and we still keep on going that's because FC Porto is a f@cking machine!!!

Mediocre? The only mediocre thing here was your post, bcs you obviously don't have a clue what you're saying.
And say hello to the Easter Bunny next time you go home.

About the game, we didn0t play one hell of a match, but it was good enough to get a solid win. Our chances to reach the semis are very high now, but Lyon proved they are a great team, as I knew already, and we respect them a lot. I think their coach messed up big time with that 4-4-2 / 4-3-3 don't-know-which tactic, but glad it was so bcs Mourinho took full advantage!
And great game by Ricardo, Caralho! (H)

Magico voltou em grande contra Lyon,

Deco (Porto) powered his team to an excellent victory by scoring one goal and making the other.

Now we got to take care of buisness in France, I say we win 1-0 or it will be a 0-0 tie.
I am never wrong. ;) SD-Toronto
