Its so crap,ok,i like the features that have all the nations in the world ,but the game was too easy even on hard dificulty .And you cant randomise the teams in road to the world cup .My fav of all time was World cup 98.What can u say ,it had the real jerseys ,the graphics were superb except for the fans ,the only problem was the game wasn't fifa 199? or 200? .Imagine teams like Juve having their real jersey with the kappa signs .

Because the gameplay was terrific for the time. With skilled players, you could really dribble defenders without hitting speed or skill buttons, passing was great. It was a perfect game - also thanks to its many teams.

It really was a great game for the time, Ea could have made a really great game out of it with a few minor improvements like making it a little harder, being able to create your own cups, and better keepers.

I agree besides the GK's it was the best FIFA in my mind.Especially for it's time.I mean the game just had alot of passion to it,takeing your NT through the qualifying round to the WC it was just awsome.And the gameplay was great,I mean the pitch was the right size,the game wasn't to fast,people actually missed shots,I just loved it!

That game was quite revolutionary for the time. But not much has changed since that time. That's why the Fifa series has died.

Amazing amount of teams, qualifying for the WC, stadiums that YOU(the player) could select, those cool pre-match stadium fly-ins(God I miss those, EA).....sure the gameplay was slow, and the goalies were not very good, but thats why this one was the best....because the game was slow!

PS: i miss the indoor feature!!

In Euro2k you have a 'slow' feature. It's a lagged version of the normal speed.

One word: Wembley! I see it will be on Euro 2000, it deserves to be, it's the home of football.

We like World Cup 98 because it isn't Fifa 2000

I still play it, if u want to make the game hard, set all your players's attrbutes to either 67 or 71.
