is it allowed to use Cmscout?? Isn't that cheating? With scout I can find all the talents easily too

The challenge is firstly meant to be fun. You can use scouting utils if you want to.
It takes away a big chunk of the challenge, but if that's how you like to play, why not. The difficulty level will drop to about zero, though... (:/)
