How do you turn a clip into a .GIF? i want to put henrys little tantrum after he missed yesterday into a pic lol

open it with Jasc AnimShop, crop and resize.
cull down if the filesize is still to big.

then finally save as gif and voilá. :p

Is there any specific file types that i can open with animation shop or can i open every file i want...i have tried with wmv-s mpeg-s and avi-s and i havent been able to open none of them
