Like when i try to open a folder like "My documents" the ****en taskbar and icons on the taskbar dissappear, and then it appears again, but it doesn't open the folder :S

You just need the start up disk and it will ask you for a floppy I think. If not you have to take it somewhere to get it to reinstall it for you.
