Well i just downloaded the SG United patch and when i started my game SG United wasn't in the 3nd division.

So do i have to start a new game because if not i dont want to waste so much time on it starting a new game and finding out if the team is there?

u always have to start a new game. The database doesnt affect savedgames, all the data ur saved game uses is in the .sav file. THe database is used only durring the "game creation" procccess

for any database changes of any type you have to start a new game, and not a quickstart game either

yeah i know. the games much slower than if you were playing in the premiership though :confused:

..... thats because the game is fully simulating all the lower leagues games.
I spose u have never played in another league, or have selected a different league (other than the Englsh one)?

yeh i have, i did a conference team on cm4, though i didn't do really good with them. it was also very slow and i couldn't be bothered to continue with them.

CM4 was faster than 03/04. :S :O :|

Stupid really. The only thing that really needed to be done was speed up the game. Yet they actually got it to run slower by adding all these options, which are useful, and enjoyable, but not really necessary.

yeah, not much, but it was faster. I could play with Full database and 3 different leagues with good speed. Now with full it goes veeeery slow. Everything is fine tho, using med database and 4 leagues (Germany,England,Italy,Spain)

I'm currently using 7 leagues on medium database, a day without fixtures takes about a second(H) If I play large with 4 leagues it runs slower though.
