In the EURO 2004 thread, it says that the KNVB asked for a big amount, and EA didn't pay it.

On the trailer it says play with ALL 51 European national teams. So they should be in it...

Well, it can have Holland, and show the flag but never the federation logo, and players names might be incorrect... better than not having it IMO

they should realise how many ppl would buy the game f holland was in it...:rolleyes: :kader:

OK, here are the facts of the situation.

Unfortunately, there will be no player names or likenesses for the Dutch national team. You can play with the Dutch team in Euro 2004, but there are no real names or likenesses of the actual Dutch players in the game. EA has acquired the licenses for other European national squads for but has not been able to license the Dutch national team for Euro 2004.

EA told me what the deal was but I cant tell until they make it official. I just have to confirm that there isnt a licensed Holland team ingame.

I think it's not a major problem don't have a licensed Holland in the game since EA left us EDIT the database.

Alright Ive read it on a different website as well so here it goes:

Holland will be in the Euro 2004 game but unlicensed. This means we will get fake names and no good faces. The kits wil not be licensed as well. So its a bit like the PES version of Holland.

Players wont be named Van Nistelroyy or something they will be named HOL1 HOL2 HOL3

I had pre ordered this game for ps2 but i am going to take my order out if theres no Creation Centre..

That is stupid from KNVB and from EA. Hopefully Holland will win euro2004 and make EA Sports look stupid..

Mate there will be no CC in EURO 2004. And thats for sure for the PS2 version. I have no official news about the PC version but as far as they have told me there is no CC in that one.

That is so stupid. Changes my view on EURO2004 game completely. Who will want to play against a team with HOL1 in goal?

I feel that as Holland aren't letting their team be used in Euro 2004, they should be kicked out of the actual tournament and replaced with the team they put out of the playoffs.

Because the Dutch football association want to buy LOOOOOAAAADS of money for it. They asked way more then all other countries did.

Yeah definatly. It would effect the sales dramatically, not only in Holland but to any true football fan.

Just like those people who bought Club Football just to play with their team, even though the game itself was very poor..

It won't take long till it will be edited by some guys so we can play with or against Holland :)

they may include holland like the pes3 mode where van nistelrooy was named van mistelrooy

u have to qualify before the tournament from wat i can gather from wat has been said so far so turkey would definately be on the game

Rubbish, it was said that Holland signed over multimedia rights to UEFA before the competition. :)

Some said Holland will be in, but some said they will not. I m keeping my finger crossed until the released of the game. Freaking upset if they din make it. Even if there's a patch, They will be no comentary on them in-game. How Sad:(
