I think it is possible. With Espanyol I had to play Andorra in the preseason (the friendly was already there when I came,so I don't know how to do it). I lost 2-1:crazyboy:

i can't find a way to do it, you can select international teams on the "arrange friendly" screen, but the "invite" button (or whatever the button says, i cant remember) doesn't appear.

The same thing happens to me :(

that sucks...i hope this option will be available in FM.
