Im wiling to do the Lebanese Premier League .but i need help from patch makers.i can provide all 12 clubs rosters and logos and kits.
what tools we need to start?

Listen Fadl23 I am Lebanese too and I would like to see a lebanese patch in fifa 12, the main tool used is Creation Master 12. Tell me if you are able to create kits, logos and rosters and i can help you.

Adding to that 11/12 Season: I think that every team in lebanon has lotto as its kit provider

Honestly,i couldnt get any information about all rosters or minifaces.even in clubs websites.the only resource is football manager but its not accurate.too many players are not there.Also .I cant find minikits..well.what do you think

Well... Lebanese Football has reaaly backed down, the only possible thing that I have made is the Lebanese national team, as for for minikits they are not needed except for multiplayer games.

Listen Fadl, I have not been in Lebanon for a long time... I don't know how much fifa 12 is popot veryular, if you know any fellow Lebanese which can help us lead them in. I can make Logos, Some kits( not very talented), minifaces, adboards + some databese

well that website is very useful.its very good.but some teams are not completed. but lets say that rosters and logos are done.i already have all logos of all teams.
what about kits and player attributes

Because the country has been in a civil war for 30 years,

Football has stepped down a lot, I do believe that Lebanese Premier League Should have an average overall rate of 35-38, with the highest players to have highest limit of 48. What do you think...
I think that even Lebanon national team which has made a great comeback last year has an average of 58, with the best players such as Roda Antar and Yousef Mohammed Reaching 68-72, and Ghaddar having about 63.

Yes thats right , but i guess the overall is higher than that.dont forget that there is a lot of foreign players ( a lot from, brazil ) ... i belive its about 50-55 .
mm highest players rate is also higher than that. its about 48-53
I believe there some players who got 3 stars skills
and it a pretty nice to play with a team with low rate against low rate team in legendary mode maybe ? :P what do you think

I think the best team (Al Nejmeh, that is) should have 50 at most.
Anyway, for me the best way of ratings is comparing to other teams. I'd first rate Al Nejmeh, such that they normally lose against Al-Sadd with 4:0. With the given ratings of AL-Nejmeh, I would easily rate the other teams. Why 4:0? Because Al-Sadd had beaten Al-Ittihad Aleppo in Asian CL with 5:1, and I think that Syrians are slightly better than Al Nejmeh, which they showed in group stage. 4:0 would be neither generous nor too degrading, I think.
