game over is on a distinguished road

so what am i doing wrong?

i finished the season and i met all my objectives.
but on the start of the new season its not letting me buy player " you cant sign this player at the moment because of your transfer condition" and i have -6 points from my starting points

anyone knows why is this happening?

game over is offline
