Manager level rating

Does anybody knows which criteria is used for gaining points?
And how many is needed for next level?

Im stuck on LvL 3...

I think you need to win some matches in a row to gain lot of points (at least if you lose in a row your level decrease :fool: )
maybe winning championship or cups should help in it too.

Im level 4 ~975 points - 5th season. Level 4 last two seasons.

I had bad season, we nearly avoided relegation. I didn't look at my score, I must have lost a bunch of points...

no. the level does not decrease. there are many factors that make your level go up. the easiest way of doing it is by winning many trophies...specially big-name trophies. Other things that raise your stats are if you get good fan support for 3-4 weeks then i think you get +10 points and so on. You sometimes get more points by improving the team facilites.

Man, my level is changing from LvL 3 and 4 all the time... Im sure it does decrease!!!!!

yes it does decrease if you keep losing too many matches but if you kepp the good pace and win like evry second match it'll raise but slowly. I was lvl 2 at the end of the 1st seas and then decreased when I lost a few start matches in seas 2, but after that i won both the league and the cups and was 2 lvls up by the end of the seas. now i'm seas 4 and lvl 6

My 2 cents: If you go to the "My Career" menu, just to the right of center is your manager level and how many points you have. If you hover your mouse over the points, it will tell you how many points to the next Manager Level.

Yes, lvl can decrease. The more you win, the more points you get, the more you lose, the more points you lose. The manager levels are set at certain point thresholds. Pass that threshold, and you go up. Decrease below that threshold, and you go down. A great place to make lots of points is at the review at the end of the season. I have gone up whoel levels just from the end of season review. My current lvl is 11.
