FIFA 12 Crash Dump problem

After installing FIFA 12 I cannot run the game. When I press "Open" or "Run as administrator" nothing happens. In FIFA 12 main folder crashdump file appears as follows: FIFACrashDump_CL942004.
How can I fix it?

delete the crashdump file.

Game is Ok. I can run my FIFA 12 on another comp (with same OS) without any problems.

I tried to reinstall dx, net.framework, tried to write protected replay0.bin file in My documents, reinstall the game several times, but there's always the same problem.
