firstly, I am sure most of u may have heard about Walxer. he is the one who created the 1st ever SerieA patch,
but did anyone here knows that there is a patch for the Spainish La liga?
in addition, at this moment that i m typing, there is already an Argentine Patch in the beta process, below is the boca junior patch.
and i believe there is a brazilian patch out there, though i had not witness it.
The question is WHERE IS THE EPL PATCH??!
Maybe there really is no barrier at all whether Konami releases ISS PRO in PSX or PC.
