Compared to version 4.0 the changes are the two new classic teams in one of the “ROW leagues”, the Uruguayan World Cup kit that has been added and the Swedish allsvenska, that has been completely updated based on the 2002 season. I have also tried a new touch with the teams in the Allsvenska by setting aggression and attacking levels in the team management also based on stats from Championship Manager, making every player even more individual than ever.
Speech for players in these new teams along with some other small fixes have also been added. Get this forum exclusive (for now) file from this link:

as far as I'm aware all of the fifa99 online patches are still available. if you know otherwise, then let me know, as at 1 stage I did many to burn a full CD worth of patches (well I am only on a 56k, so I was hardly going to download them all again if my HD crashed)
the same goes for anyone. All patches whoch are in the fifa99 download centre should be valid. If they are not then I will at least get the links to the files removed if they cannot be re-instated.

My friend who owns the server lost his URL-name, but I've updated the links so it works now.

If someone is interested I am now working on a EURO 2004 patch for WE7 on PS2. It might also be available for the PES3 PC and/or PS2 versions when I'm ready. Have a look in the WE forum if you're interested.

i need help my fifa 98 doesnt seem to work on d3d mode once i installed the update and since i forgot to backup my files i cant put it back the way it was.
software rendere graphics are very crapy if anyone has a solution for me please let me know.
