What about Penalty Shootouts

An improvement must be made on penalty shootouts. In fifa99, the whole drama is played out too quick which in the end makes it seem like no drama at all. More Cinema is needed to show the anxiety of players, Tension in the keepers and the Fans. Players faces should be shown taking the kick. Also more replays on different angles with commentary assisting in the excitement, and a replay when you miss the shot is needed with the opposing Fans cheering. ALso, commentators should be more critical, and at times praise players efforts more throughout the game.

I agree with you. In the penalty shootout, everything happens so fast. There's no tension, like you said.
